The Fund operates in line with an exemption from license duty under Section 3(a) (6) of the Investment Advisory Regulation Law, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management 1995. The Fund does not offer any public offer of securities, marketing, advice or investment management. Investing in a fund is an unregulated investment by the Authority. This document is not an investment prospectus. The General Manager may be entitled to reimbursement of fees for performing operations in the Fund from various financial entities. The aforesaid does not exhaust the provisions of the partnership agreement.
